What do we need?

We know you’re excited about riding a new Brompton but there are a few things we need to check before we send it to you.

Your identity

We need to check your identity. To do this, we need to see a photo of a piece of official photo ID. This might be your driving licence, the photo page of your passport or your national identity card. All you need to do is take a picture with your phone and upload that picture here. We take your privacy and security very seriously, so rest assured that the images you upload will not be stored on this site and will not be kept for longer than is necessary to confirm your ID.

Your address

We need to confirm that your address is the same as the address you used during checkout. To do this, we need to see a photo of an official document that shows your current address. We accept any of the following: (1) Utility Bill or Council Tax Bill dated within the last 3 months. (2) HMRC letter dated within the last 6 months.

Please note that we cannot accept Bank Statements/Credit Card Statements etc as proof of address.
