Will my Brompton be new?
Your Brompton will be from our refurbished fleet – Fully serviced and maintained C Line Utility with Mid Handlebar Model, formerly known as "M3L” , M6L''
When will my bike be ready?
Your bike will be ready ASAP. We typically despatch your Brompton a week after the voucher is redeemed. Our Customer Service team is then in touch to let you know when you can expect delivery.
Are there size options?
A Brompton Bike is unique in that it is designed for all. The bike adjusts just like a regular bike and comes equipped with an extended seat post that can fit someone up to 6ft 6.
How do I book my bike for annual service?
We will contact you when it’s coming up to 6 months. If you haven’t heard anything let us know.
How do I return my Brompton?
When your contract is up you return your Brompton or automatically go onto a rolling contract until you decide to cancel.
How do I cancel?
If you have had a change in circumstances or no longer want the bike and it’s within our terms and conditions you can contact customer support.
What do I do if my Brompton is damaged beyond repair?
If you have returned your bike due to damage and we can’t repair it we will issue you a new bike after a successful claim on the insurance. Excess payment will be required see T&C.
How should I lock my Brompton?
You don’t need to – it folds up so always take your Brompton with you.
What should I do if my Brompton is stolen?
Contact the police for a criminal reference number and then contact customer support immediately.
Are there any additional charges?
No – unless you take advantage of our Subscription benefits and partner discounts. There are also excess payments on the insurance should you claim – you can see these here.
