How Does it Work?

 

Getting part of your subscription charges refunded is simple:

  1. Visit our website here or preferred Brompton accredited retailer, 
  2. Make your bike purchase.
  3. Submit your proof of purchase/receipt via the below form:

Our team will calculate your refund entitlement and process the refund within 14 working days to the subscription method of payment. A confirmation email will also be sent to you.

Charges Refund Entitlement

 

The refund value will consist of a partial refund of the subscription fees that have been paid in the last 12 months.

We offer:

  • Up to £150 off to purchase a non-Electric Brompton
  • Up to £250 off to purchase an Electric Brompton
