Will my Brompton be new?
Your Brompton will be from our refurbished fleet – Fully serviced and maintained ML3 model.
When will my bike be ready?
Your bike will be ready once your direct debit has been confirmed or otherwise stated. Our customer support team will be in touch with a date for collection or delivery*
Are there size options?
No – but the Brompton adjusts just like a regular bike and has an extended seat post so can fit up to 6ft6. The model is a Brompton ML3.
How do I book my bike for annual service?
We will contact you when it’s coming up to 6 months. If you haven’t heard anything let us know
What happens if I have a puncture, faulty gears before the service is due?
We understand faults happen – contact customer support on firstname.lastname@example.org
Where do I collect my Brompton from?
At one of our lockers – you can find the list here.
How do I return my Brompton?
When you’re contract is up you return your Brompton to one of our docks. We will be in touch but if you haven’t heard from us contact support team.
What does insurance cover?
(Only valid if bike is ridden by the insurer and not third party in which case it will become invalid)

How do I cancel?
If you’ve had a change in circumstances or no longer want the bike and it’s within our terms and conditions you can contact customer support.
What do I do if my Brompton is damaged beyond repair?
If you’ve returned your bike due to damage and we can’t repair it we will issue you a new bike after a successful claim on the insurance. Excess payment will be required see T&C.
How should I lock my Brompton?
You don’t – it folds up so always take your Brompton with you.
What should I do if my Brompton is stolen?
Contact the police for a criminal reference number and then contact customer support immediately.
Are there any additional charges?
No – unless you take advantage of our subscription benefits and partner discounts. There is also excess payments on the insurance should you claim – you can see these here.
